Join FOSM at the Story Mansion for a general clean-up day, working to tidy the grounds (specifically laying bark at corner gardens and cleaning around hedges and trees), washing windows inside and out, polishing and dusting and bringing out the shine! Bring any gardening tools you have on hand, garden gloves, rubber gloves, mops and brooms, general cleaning supplies. This is a great chance to make yourself familiar with this historic property and make some friends as well!
Help us write a new chapter for the Story Mansion! As part of Give Big Gallatin Valley, The Friends of the Story Mansion (FOSM) would love for you to consider a GBGV donation to help us in providing future events at the Mansion! We are exploring new and exciting re-use possibilities for the Mansion and Carriage House and we need the community’s help through donations and fundraising. View our GBGV webpage for further information and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
About Give Big Gallatin Valley 2021
One Valley Community Foundation’s Give Big Gallatin Valley is a 24-hour celebration of giving to connect generous community members with causes they care about most and raise important, unrestricted funding for nonprofits serving Gallatin Valley. The goal is simple – inspire our people to come together, show their pride in their communities, and contribute to support the life-changing work of local nonprofit organizations in Gallatin County.
Give Big Gallatin Valley is powered by One Valley Community Foundation and presented by the Yellowstone Club Community Foundation. In just six years, our community has raised $5,830,735 in unrestricted funding through 42,257 gifts during Give Big! In 2020 alone, Give Big brought 5,782 community members together to raise $1,800,853 in just 24-hours for 195 local nonprofits. “One Valley. One Day. One Goal.”
